  1. Improve media presentation skills and better understand what it takes to be highly successful in media interactions. The PR Manager’s role as media coach to the company’s spokespeople is explored in depth. See Print Media Training for additional program content.

Gain insight into your company’s press objectives, appreciate the media perspective and avoid embarrassing gaffes.  Understand content boundaries and know when to draw the line with reporters.  Learn to handle difficult questions through bridging technique and discover reporters’ techniques and tricks. Know when to defer to a PR Manager.

  2. INTENDED FOR:  Non-spokespeople who may be interacting with press at trade shows or other public situations.  Groups up to 30.
